Males and Their Whole Body love?

What is it with male GSDs and their whole body love?

Am I the only one?

I have 2 males and 2 females. All of them like affection and head scratches. My two boys though, they put their whole body into it. Both want to curl up in my lap with my arms all around them, full content to stay that way for 30 minutes or more; the girls on the other hand, tolarate a full snuggle for about 2 minutes before they squirm away.

Heaven help me if both the boys want in my lap at the same time.

My female likes to hug, as long as you want to scratch she is content.
My last male was content to have his head in your lap until you told him to move.

Yes, Jackie, that is what I get to. When either of my boys want to cuddle, they want their whole body on top of me.

My guy likes to put his head down and push between my legs when I am sitting... so he gets the full neck massage... he will sometimes almost "fall over" he enjoys it so much!

Of my 3 GSDs my bitch likes to wedhe herself between my legs (when I put them up on the sofa) and the back of the sofa.

My middle one likes to have a quick snuggle then goes off to do his ownthing.

My oldest (was 5 last week) is also the biggest. He's isn't overweight by any means and certainly isn't fat. However, is is oversized, a result of which is him weighing in at 58Kg. He thinks he's a lap dog and will insist on sitting on my legs. There's no arguing with him. He's just too big.
When I've fallen asleep watching TV I've woken up many times to find him lying on me, full length. I find it amusing but I'm sure one day I'll suffocate!

LOL Jackie!

Bosco is a 93 lb oaf but his preferred method of showing affection is to gently lick the tip of my nose with just the tip of his tongue. It is very sweet and instantly makes my womb skip a beat. :)
