That is a blatant lie. Knowing you were planning to breed her this is very important information. Not just for you but for the well being of the mother and puppies. Did any live?

What does the bitch having 3 pups and 1 living have anything to do with your dealings with her? Just wondering. Hell if that's the case everyone could sit and bitch how the bitch they bought from so and so and bred later, not a breeding with her stud, only produced 3 small pups and only 1 lived......

I mean, I can see the paper issues you had, and delay of papers. I can see MAYBE her not telling you the dog was destructive (but that's MOST high drive dogs, especially after just having a litter of pups and being a dog that was stated to be unsure during the first 24 hours, seperating from her pups probably wasn't a good call). But bitching cause the dog had 3 pups with a male you bred to after you bought the dog, and only 1 living.... I mean, shit that could happen to anyone. I know some great bitches that have had a litter or two like that, but have a litter of great pups and no problems. Problems at a ER after you bought the dog, and you bred the dog, don't see what that has to do with her? I can see the missing fur and all that because a bitch fight, and being pissed at that. And maybe being mad because she wasn't what you expected as a mother. Sounds like she was stressed out, continuously licking pups is better than eating them or not feeding them at all. You put them on another bitch, and you had one make it. Hate that for your loss, but what does that have to do with her? 

I was NOT TOLD ABOUT her mothering SKILLS IF I WAS TOLD THIS I WOULD NOT OF BOUGHT HER AND Surely not for $5500 thats a SCAM

Well, I see where she states she was an excellent mother; but she also states she didn't want anyone around them, she'd do fine with whoever handled her the most. You took a female that was in labor to an ER vet, handled by various people, put the bitch in a car, and kept the pups with you while you checked out. I'm sure she was stressed out to the moon and back, if she was a dog that didn't want anyone around the pups and she was in a strange place where she hadn't nested, gone through some stressful situations, and still didn't have her pups with her. I can see where it'd take a little for the bitch to get home and be in the quiet to calm down with the pups. You said she was licking them (really you said liking, but I'm going to assume it was licking them). Was she just not feeding them and continuously licking them? Sounds like she wasn't ignoring the litter, wasn't aggressive to the litter, sounds like she was caring for the litter, just stressed.
